If you have bought tickets without registering on the site, enter the following on the form:

• the access code you received after paying for the tickets. This code was sent to you in an email when confirming the purchase;
• the email address you specified when making the purchase.

If you have not saved the code, enter only the email address and click the link “No code”. The codes of all the current orders you have made without registering will be sent to the email address specified.
